To apply to the school, you need to create an account on Sciencesconf and use the "Submission" tab in the menu.
There are four steps for application:

3) File(s): please upload your CV in PDF format in the "Abstract" section. No need to add any supplementary data.
4) Overview: please review all informations and click "Submit".
You should receive an email to confirm that we received your application. It make take a few minutes, and please check your spam folder. Only one application per participant is allowed.
We also ask that you have your supervisor send us a reference letter to the email address topfrac-cargese@sciencesconf.org before the April 28 deadline.
We will notify the participants of their acceptance to the school at the end of May 2026.
After notification of acceptance, please register on the IESC website before June 26th, 2026.

Registration on the IESC website is free but mandatory for all participants whose application has been accepted.
The school will cover:
- one shuttle bus from Ajaccio airport on Monday August 3rd, and back on Saturday August 15th,
- a welcoming drink in the evening of August 4th,
- a barbecue dinner during the second week.
Housing and transport:
Thanks to the generous support from CECAM and IESC, there are no registration fees, but the school cannot cover the costs for transports (except the shuttle bus between the school and Ajaccio airport), housing and meals; participants are expected to support themselves financially.
We strongly recommend arriving at and leaving from Ajaccio airport; the other aiports are quite far from Cargèse and there won't be any shuttle transfer organized by the school.
The IESC will find accommodations for all participants, either on site or in the nearby village of Cargèse. Please note that all accommodations are shared (typically two people per room). It won't be possible to request a single room.
The IESC will provide breakfasts and lunches during weekdays, but not dinners.
Costs:
We expect the costs for housing, breakfast and lunches to be less than 800 euros. A more precise estimate wiill be given before the school. These costs will have to be paid by the participant by credit card at the IESC. Wire transfer and online payment won't be possible. In particular, beware that any payment request about the school from a third party agency is a scam. The only payment you will have to make is by credit card at the school.
Poster sessions:
We will have one or two poster sessions during the school, and we encourage all participants to bring a poster to present during those sessions. It will not be possible to print the poster onsite.
